Dear all

I am contacting you with this email to inform all regarding a decision taken from the leadership team of the group after taking under consideration all suggestions from our leaders, Scouts Victoria and health practitioners.

While we as a group and all of the schools that our youth are attending do not have a confirmed case of COVID-19, we decided to CANCEL THIS MONDAY’S 16/03/2020 MEETING for all sections.

Hopefully things will not go completely out of control and next Monday we shall be all together in our hall.

Until then please feel free to contact any of us or the sections leaders for any assistance regarding this matter and our youth and go through the attachment.
