Dear all
I’m reminding you that our group will start this year on Monday 3rd and for all section at 6:30 (Team app news on 26 of January).
This time adjustment will occur for this Monday only and from next Monday Joeys will meet at 6pm and Cubs and Scouts at 7pm. Ventures will confirm their meeting day and time.
So I’m waiting all of you to start this year as powerful as we can and also star the celebrations of our 50 years anniversary!!!
Especially for that all youth and adults of the group are invited and challenged to work and present their 50 years badge.
The competition starts on 3rd of February and ends on 29th of February. The group council will choose the best one and set it as our celebration badge.
Also for this year please take notice of 4 major issues
1. all youth members have to be signed in and out from the hall and all major activities
2. all news and special events will go out through the Team app
3. when there is a request for replying or confirming or allowing participation will be proccesed through “Team app” or “care monkey”. That said please do not ignore it
4. all members should have an care monkey profile that is shared with 9th Oakleigh Scout Group Hellenic. With out it no participation will be allowed and if not shared we cannot accommodate varius needs.
